Our system

A recirculating system, not a holding tank

A crab loses condition the moment it leaves the water. Our land based system keeps the water clean and steady the whole time the animal is with us, so what arrives is what was caught.

Clean water, always

Filtration and biological treatment run in a closed loop, so conditions stay steady instead of drifting.

Less stress, better meat

Ammonia buildup dulls flavour and stresses the animal on the way to you. Our system takes it out of the journey.

Graded & packed

Sorted by weight before it goes anywhere

Every crab is weighed and graded by hand, held in its grade, and packed the day it ships. The grade you order is the grade that arrives. That is why the price list is written by weight.
